had Fully Automatic Washing Machine under AMC with IFB, machine had go some problem and their engineer visited to repair but after his visit machine after two three days started giving some other problem and this keep on happening until two three such visits of their engineer, at last engineer asked to send the machine to their service centre in Fridabad, after several week when there was no response we start chasing up and came to know the wiring of the machine has been damaged and they do not have any new set of wiring to replace sighting reason that model is now 10 year old and company do not have wiring in their spare parts. Now we have to get back that machine from their service center paying Rs.600/ from our side and loosing money on annual AMC. My complaint is company should not cheat us by selling AMC in case they do not have spare parts and also should not make tall claims of providing service for 12-14 years.
