Dear Sir, I had procured an IFB make front loading washing machine 4 years back, with the warranty of 4 years from theri authorised dealer in Agra City. The machine has worked well for 3 years but from Jan-14 there is one repeatative problem of water leakage from the machine during its running cycle. The local trader from where i had bought the machine had sent the engineer many a times for rectification but was unable to repair the same. I had also marked mails to Customer complaint cell of IFB at Goa , who also arranged for service engineer visit but again to no avail. Now even a new problem of abnormal nise is also coming from the machine. IFB is not responding to any of many complaints nor are they doing any repair of the machine. My washing machine would be out of warranty from Jan-15 & after that OFB would be free to do what they want.

Either i want the complete repair & through testing of the machine by IFB before Jan-15 with assurance of 1 year or replacement of the machine.
