Customer ID – 3260654 1. Machine making noise. registered complain No – 0990499 dt. 21st June. Techician visted on 23rd June(delayed reponse). Did nothing. asked us to buy cleaning powder. Collected Rs1500/- not to return. 2. another technician came on 6th July(after 15 days) openened machine. did not have proper parts. machine not working. Technician did not return for 2 days. 3. after many follow up returned on 9th July only with a wrong part. Went back. machine not working 4.came back with correct part repaired machine. put cleaning powder run a programme. asked us not to disturb till it stops of it’sown 5. Drum got corroded. The company refuses to replace

1. machine malfunction for 20days 2. machine not working for 4 days 3. A costly part damaged by technician. Not replaced by company 4. machine not repaired yet
