Hi, my policy has been renewed since 22nd Feb. Today is more then one month and I am waiting for a copy of my policy. I called Vijay Char Rasta – Ahmedabad branch twice and i was told they will courier my policy docs ASAP. I have yet to received. Why do we have to call you or email you for the policy documents? You guys dont forget to collect the premium on time. Then why cant you forget sending policy documents? I am sure you system should have designed such way that tells you the premium for this policy is due on XXXXXX days. Have your system design that tells you that policy documents for this policy is yet to be sent.

If you cannot send policy documents on time, i doubt if i claim, i get reimburse. PLEASE SEND ME MY POLICY DOCUMENTS WITHIN THIS WEEK.
