I have paid Rs 2985/- through IHO website on 12th March,2014 for purchase of Freedom Plan for my family. Until 26th March, 2014 I was told that the payment was not showing in their system in Delhi and I was asked to forward my Bank Statement. This I did on 26th March via their email service@ihomail.com. 3-4 days later their account team confirmed that payment is received and meanwhile they sent me the e-cards on 27th March. On constant follow up they said that they are in process of sending the main cards. Over the past 5 weeks, I have been given false assurances that the concerned “Welcome call Department” would call me and will despatch the cards. On 25th april I was told that someone would call me today i.e. on 28th April. No one called. Instead when I called them now, they said that someone will call tomorrow. On my insistance as to who will call, I was told that the department had called me and they had recd a denial from me as to I was asking for refund. This again is completely wrong. I have not asked for refund. Instead I was repeatedly told that there was call back arranged for me. Even that has not happened. This morning I have written to their Chairman Mr Visham Sikand on his personal email vishamsikand01@gmail.com and have not yet recd a reply. All the above goes to prove that this organization is indeed not interested in solving customer complaints and infact their Customer Service team
I would like an immediate refund of the money. Pls note that the said brand – IHO is not showing as an option in your records. Hence I have put Brands4cheap
