I submit to state that my son g.harshith secured 14225 rank in eamcet 2013 and joined at vardhaman college of engineering (through counselling )and paid rs 76900/- challan no: 538320 on 21/09/2013 .as the journey was not suited ,my son was attacked with severe fever and admitted at omni hospital after recovery ,i had been to college requesting for the certificates verification slip given by eamcet convener .they demanded huge amount (asked to pay 4 yrs fee ).i want to meet chairman ,principal. I was informed that chairman was on leave.again i went on 21/10/2013.the concerned authority demanded 3.5lakhs .i asked a receipt as an evidence.i requested them to meet principle once .i was not allowed principle,chairman.sri n.h.reddy showed one office paperdated 17/10/13 from whom he collected the same amount for some purpose from another student.as i want the acknowledgement (certificates) i paid the amount for which n.hanuman reddy issued a small slip without his signature. His cell no:9885583649.at the time of joining i paid Rs 14000/- to college receipt no:694 dated 21/09/13 to the college which was forcibly taken from me by n.h.reddy as such i request you to be kind enough to see that amount is repaid to me by the college .even i letter issued by the said college is herewith enclosed the college collected huge amounts from several students which may be investigated.

I sent a copy of this letter to the principle of said college by register post which was refused by the principle.by this refusal you can judge the attitude of the institution.
