ON 4TH,JULY/ IN TRAIN,Train Number : 22477,pnr no. 2260216331 , on my ticket i had no.D2 37 (WS). BUT IT WAS not THE CORRECT NUMBER FOR WINDOW SEAT which is 38 on the number plate above the seats. SEAT. This is not for the first time, During last six months I had travelled for more than 20 times in the same train and this is happened with me a lot during these 20 times.(Around 10 time). I want to mention one more problem that when I was travelling with my family and booked the tickets through IRCTC, always the allotted seat numbers was in random style ie one seat is D2 40 and other was D2 94 (Availability status shows more than 500 seats). So it is not possible that IRCTC gives the seat numbers in some order so the family members can sit together. Sir pls take suitable e action on your method of train seat numbering allotment please.
