Improper response from callcentre agent

This is to notify that Airtel being such a big organization in India is providing such a pathetic customer service which is unbelievable.
This is to inform you about the call i made to your helpdesk on 121. For the first 5 times they disconnected my call even without picking it up. The 6th tome hey picked up my call, and without listening to my problem, they disconnected it after 1 minute.
It was just a small query, and i really got fedup with this. Now the problem is still unresolved and i need a callback as soon as possible on 9650348106. To be very honest if i don’t get a callback this time, unfortunately i will have to move to some other service provider as vodafone or aircel, whatever.
