I had been given an offer by airtel when i sent an sms to 1909 for MNP and the referrence number for that is CMBNR30103640693.I called up airtel several times and the executives always kept me in hold and then hung up the calls.Last time i called them today i.e.06/01/2012 and i call was transferred to senior authority.The official person told me that they don’t have such records for my number.I told them the number also from which i got calls several times for the offer.
What the hell is this service?
I have wasted a hell lot of time also fighting for the same.who the hell is gonna pay for it?
