Point wise: 1)I buy new tata docomo 3g gsm sim & topup that sim around 1250/-rs (approx.)for getting unlimited 3g usage for 3 months.(Scheme was going on- buy new 3g dongle around 2500/-rs and get 3 month unlimited 3g usage FREE). 2)my Topup date of expiry: 13 june 2013. 3)I want to migrate this postpaid facility to prepaid , so i went to tata docomo office opp. Rajiv gandhi bhavan ,nashik. 4) so, i went to office before expiry date of plan on 12 jun 2013. 5)I submitted my identity proof with passport photo & fill the given form provided by one of the office staff ( female). 6)That office staff told me .. OK sir Aapka kaam hogaya , migrate ho chuka hain aapka sim (postpaid to prepaid). 7)I got message from Tata docomo immediately as follow: 1st msg: Hi!Your service request 366276043 for your photon no. 7276005235 is resolved.Thanks your regards,Tata DOCOMO ( 12/06/2013). 2nd msg:Hi! Migration request number 366276043 for your Photon/Dongle DEL number has been closed VERIFICATION PENDING-POST TO PRE .(12/06/2013) 8) Now after long time around 3 months later i received some calls from Tata docomo care center saying your bill is pending pls pay.. 9) I have migrated already prior to expiry date then also i m getting calls from office.. 10)Ok then on phone call i gave my migration request no. 366276043 to office member who had called me on my alternate mob. no: 9021081933. 11) I got 5 or more calls from tata docomo office and i repeating the same procedure of giving migration no. 12)After giving no. no one calls back me to say its my mistake sir . 13) If i got any another call from Tata docomo office ,nashik . I will launch a complaint against Tata docomo staff . 14)And one more thing : I submitted the id proof to that lady she not been seen in tata office since long time .. ASK Her not me… I have genuinely submitted my ID proof & fill form with attach photo & signature..
