This is to inform you about your in-efficient and inordinately delayed courier service to Hyderabad.
I gave One packet to your Gugaon office (DEL/GGN-II (ZF-521)) on 21st Aug, 2009 evening to be URGENTLY delivered (paid your urgent delivery charges also) at the following address:-

This packet was finally supposed to be delivered at the following address :-

ROOM NO S-208, IBS HYDERABAD
Bur your courier person insisted that I should write the FULL ADDRESS of the final destination only on the packet which will be delivered by next day or latest by Monday, the 24th Aug. 2009.
Hence I wrote the FULL FINAL DESTINATION ADDRESS ON THE PACKET as follows:-

BUT INSPITE OF RIGOROUS FOLLOW-UPS WITH YOUR GURGAON, HYDERABAD AND IBS, HYDERABAD DTDC OFFICES, SINCE 24TH AUG. 2009, THE ABOVE PACKET WAS DELIVERED ONLY YESTERDAY NIGHT (ON 27TH AUG. 2009) AT 11.00 PM AND THAT TOO AFTER GIVING RS 150/- EXTRA TO THE COURIER SERVICE PERSON AT IBS HYDERABAD. (BY MAKING PERSONAL REQUESTS)
PLEASE FURTHER NOTE THAT I HAVE SENT SOME IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS IN THE PACKET WHICH WERE SUPPOSED TO REACH THE CONCERNED PERSON BY 24TH AUG. 2009 AND WITH YOUR INADVERTANTLY EXTRA ORDINARY DELAY IN DELIVERING THE PACKET AT THE RIGHT PLACE, I SUFFERED HUGE FINANCIAL LOSS APART FROM MENTAL AGONY.
Now I request you for the following:-
1. Please explain for the delay in delivering the packet.
2. Refund the entire money which I have paid for this packet delivery (Paid Rs 675/- at Gurgaon at the time of giving the
packet and Rs 150/- at IBS, Hyderabad) since the packet was not delivered on time.
3. Pay for the financial loss and mental agony.
Please send your confirmation of this complaint and your actions to resolve it at the earliest.
In case you do not do so then I will be forced to take up this complaint with the President of Consumer Forum at Gurgaon.
