Kindly look below email. Myself Kishore Kumar Jethanandani requested to modify / correct my PAN AFWP–928B on Feb 22 and sent the documents on same day by speed post. Your email I have received on March 01, 2017 that you have received the documents for the Modifications/Corrections in above PAN but till date i.e. March 29, 2017 (nearly one month gone) the status is showing that my Application is Under Process with NSDL.

I am surprised and want to ask NSDL how much time you want to modify / correct my PAN whether all documents already you received nearly one month ago. I don’t understand why you such peoples are delaying my application. I have already paid the amount for correction / modification and for issue new PAN.

I have tried to contact you on your phone numbers i.e. 020-27218080 / 020-27218081 you have given in the email I have received but no one is picking up the phones. Your toll free number is also not working.

I am surprised that there is no response from your side. If I get no response from yourside in a day or two I shall forward all emails to PM Grievance Cell for further action.

I am again requesting you to kindly look into the matter on MOST URGENT BASIS and send me the modified / corrected PAN on my home address.
