I have informed by SMS that my PAN card (BTJPS6094R) dispatched on 31.01.14 but I have not received till date. I asked about my PAN card status to UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services ltd (Kolkata Branch).by over phone they did not cooperate to me as well misbehaved to me.
