I have filled TDR on 19th Aug’2013 Vide PNR No 2438560870 for which I am following up from last 1 year but no response has been received. I have provided all details related to that PNR and also provided subsequent PNR and travel details. but still nothing has been done. Every time when I draft a mail they response we remind railway board for your details but no refund has been received. I want to know why such long time is being taken when all details has been provided or if you want any more details pls ask but process my refund on priority.

Will the Fiannce minister & Income Tax Department Stop lip sErvices and Do something about Tax Paying Citizens Grievances ?
