I have purchased a AIRTEL PREPAID card on 17th May 2010 from Delhi Faridabad for my mother. Form the first day there is some problems in airtel services…
1) It activated after three days (so many complains about “not activated” already registered with the airtel customer service center)
2) After three days it is activated but you know with only one way services… Only outgoing is allowed ..No incoming call …. Again so many complaints registered for the same…
3) I am talking to saler/dealer/athorities for the same from last 10 days and what the result..thay always replied “IT WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 24 Hrs”…But still there is no result…
4)Then I talked to higher authorities…and I got surprised answer “submit complain about it in written” and so many other thing to neglect the problem.
At last when I told them that I will go to Consumer court then they reply “do what you can do…but don’t talk to us…”
that is what a poor employees …worst employees team can do with the customers.
