Maruti Car issues

I HAVE BOUGHT MARUTI WAGON R – LXI MODEL ON 06TH OF FEB, 2010, MY CAR REGISTRATION NO IS GJ 3 CE 9948 – MY EXPERIENCE TOWARDS THE DEALER (PERFECT MOTOR AT RAJKOT, GUJARAT – INDIA) IS WORST, I AM FED UP WITH THEIR WORST SERVICES,IF I DECRIBING THE PROBLEM WITH DEALER SINCE PURCHASE THE CAR DEALER DIFFER THE QUOTED RATE WHICH THEY HAVE COMMITTED, TILL DATE NOT DISBURSED THE CORPORATE DISCOUNT UNDER THE DIAMOND MEMBER OF RS. 3500, AFTER DOING SO MUCH OF FOLLOWED UP BY ME, NOT GETTING ANY PROPER REVERT FRM THE SAID DEALER PERTAIN TO MY CORPORATE DISCOUNT SINCE I BOUGHT CAR IN THE MONTH OF 06 FEB, 2010, ALL ACCESSORIES BROUGHT AND INSTALLED FRM THE SAID DEALER AND WITHIN 3 MONTHS PERIOD JVC MP3 PLAYER GOT SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM SO GIVEN TO SERVICE AT PERFECT DEALER UNDER THE WARRENTY AFTER 3 DAYS WHEN I ENQUIRED TO THE PERFECT DEALER FRM THE OFFICE OF JVC SERVICE STATION THEY WRONGLY REVERT THAT THEY HAVE PUT THE MP3 PLAYER AT JVC SERVICE STATION WHILE I WAS SITTING AT THE JVC SERVICE STATION AND JVC SERVICE PEOPLE SAID THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INSTRUMENT FRM PERFECT DEALER I PERSONALLY CALLED AND TAKEN SO MUCH OF FOLLOWED UP FOR ENTIRE DAY AND BRING THE MP3 PLAYER FRM THE PERFECT WORKSHOP AFTER EOD, WHAT THEY DID WITH MY MP3 PLAYER FOR 3 DAYS WITHOUT INTIMATED ME HOW CARELESS & WORST SERVICES ONE CAN PROVIDE IN THIS COMPETATIVE BUSINESS CULTURE ENVIRONMENT, THEN I PERSONALLY PUT MP3 PLAYER INTO REPAIRING TO JVC DEALER, HOW CAN PERFECT DEALER OF MARUTI CAN LIE AND CHEAT TO THEIR CLIENT,BEFORE FEW DAYS I PUT MY CAR INTO 2ND SERVICE, CAR DIDN’T GET WASHED / VACUMED PROPERLY AS OUTSIDE BODY GOT OIL STEMPED AND NOT VACUMED FRM INSIDE THAT I HAVE GIVEN THE FEEDBACK TO THE TELECALLER AND SHE SAID BEFORE 4 DAYS AGO WE WILL GIVE YOU FREE WASH COME ANYTIME AS I WAS OUTSTATION AND DURING MY TRAVELING I GOT SOME PROBLEM WITH CAR FRONT GLASS AND FRONT BODY PAINTING THOUGH I TOOK MY CAR AT 10 AM WITH THE SAID QUERY TO SERVICE STATION, I ASKED THE SAID TELECALLER FOR THE FREE SERVICE OFFERED BY THEM, THEY AGREED TO GIVE SERVICE AS WELL AS RESOLVED MY SAID QUERRY BUT AFTER EOD THEY REPLIED THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO CAUGHT THE FAULT OF FRONT GLASS & BODY PAINTING PROBLEM AND SAID WE HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF PROBLEM AND ASKED THAT DON’T KNOW BUT IT COULD ARISED FRM THE CHEMICAL PROBLEM, WHILE I NEVER DO SERVICE AND PLACED MY CAR WHERE CHEMICALS ARE USING THEN HOW COULD IT BE POSSIBLE, IS THAT A PROBLEM / MANUFACTRUING FAULT OF GLASS AND BODY PAINTING??? OR ELSE HOW COULD IT HAPPEN, LET ME EXPLAINED???THEY SAID BODY REQD POLISHING WHICH FACILITY THEY ARE NOT AVAILED IN THE PERFECT MARUTI AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION ASKED TO DO OUTSIDE IN CITY SOMEONE WOULD BE DONE INCASE IF IT WORKS AND REPAIR THEN IT’S OK OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO REPAINT CAR,IN ADDITION TO THAT THE PERSON CHARGED THE WASHING,WHEN I ASKED THAT THIS WAS FREE / COMPLIMENTANTORY SERVICE OFFERED BY YOUR COMPANY DURING FEEDBACK AND CONFIREMED THE SAME IN MORNING THEN PERSON SAID YOU HAVE NOT INTIMATED ME THOUGH YOU HAVE TO PAY WHAT DOES THAT MEAN OF TAKING FEEDBACK ??? SHALL I GO TO EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE OF WORKSHOP AND TELL THEM THAT SERVICE IS FREE OFFERED BY YOUR COMPANY /TELECALLER!!! I PAID IT AND I FELT THAT THIS IS NOT A MATTER OF MONEY BUT IT’S A VALUE OF WORD AND PRESTIGE OF MARUTI COMPANY, CARRIES LOTS OF BRAND VALUE AND PEOPLE ARE BUYING CAR ON THE TRUST, PRESTIGE & SERVICE OF COMPANY THIS KIND OF SERVICE ISSUE MAY HAMPER THE BRAND NAME AND VALUE OF MARUTI COMPANY,I WILL NEVER GOING TO RECOMMAND ANY BODY TO BUY CAR FRM SAID DEALER / MARUTI. I FEEL THAT I HAVE DONE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE TO PURCHASE A MARUTI VEHICLE FROM THE SAID DEALER.
