Incoming call facility not activated from nearly 7 months

i have been using this mobile no 9841789612 for 6 years.. initially it was an AIRCEL network sim…UNFORTUNETLY i have change my SIM INTO AIRTEL on june 2nd…IT TOOK 2 WEEK FOR PORT OUT FROM AIRCEL TO AIRTEL….FOR THIS I HAVE SUBMITTED NEARLY 3-4 ID PROOFS… FORM JUNE 2ND..TILL NOW 22-12-2011.. (U) THE AIRTEL HAS NOT ACTIVATED MY INCOMING CALL AND OUTGOING SMS FACILTIES..I HAVE TALKED ABOUT 100-120 TIMES TO AIRTEL OFFICERS OF CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT AND ALSO CONTACTED SHOW ROOM… TILL NOW THEY (U)AIRTEL NOT TAKEN ANY STEP TO SOLVE THIS..TILL THE PROBLEM EXIST… ITS REALLY SHAME FOR U ..FED UP WITH AIRTEL… WORST…
