The charges are being deducted and just sending SMS for which I had never asked for. Last time also I was receiving similar messages for Ramdev baba pack and my money was also not refunded giving the reason that I did not revert soon

The charges are being deducted and just sending SMS for which I had never asked for. Last time also I was receiving similar messages from airtel services activation and they charged 5 rs. Now today I received one message on 5:42 from Airtel Live for news subscription and they charged 10 rs.
I am requesting to your system that kindly refund my balance because I never put any request to your system or department.
