Its been 3 weeks i have given my mobile phone at bhandup service centre for the mother board to be replaced because of an incompetent work done by andheri service centre wherein they damaged my mother board. till now i haven’t yet heard any news from Firoz nor azmal and i have been trying to contact these main people at that service centre but they have failed to reply back neither they don’t have the courtesy to reply to my messages.

i received message stating that the job sheet logged in closed but when i went to the service center they told me that the work is still pending. how incompetent and useless micromax service center people can be

Sir/Madam:I had purchased a micromax x456 from Meerut Store on 17/02/13. By 15/06/13 i had started facing problem in its display and had submitted on M/s Shree Jee Communication (authorized service center) for repair on 30/09/13 but till 07/10/13 the handset is not ready and the service center person is saying it will take more 25 days its really frustuating…i will be highly grateful is you will take some action about this matter..plz help:-(
