Looks like another hassle to deal with now…new policy and new problem details given below. I am registered user for Prateek enterprises for Bharat Gas LPG My consumer number is : 4583 Order Number : 1108385 Date of delivery : 22-feb-2014 Amount charged: Rs. 1161.50 Amount credited in my bank account : Rs. 435.00 SMS received from LM-BPCLMS for amount : Rs. 730.45 There is difference of Rs 295.45 which was not credited to my account. Looks like a big whole in system of crediting amount and someone is enjoying the benefit. No proper channel available to complaint and get heard.
