Sir, i received first cylinder on september 2012 and second one on november 2012 and booked the 3rd one on december 2012. The agencies were asking us to pay full amount for the 3rd one. We enquired them regarding the same they told us that we received a cylinder in the october month. We haven’t booked any cylinders in october. they are booking something and asking us to pay for that. Please do the needful and intimate them to deliver the 3rd cylinder.
