I had refilled my car at petrol pump, with 31.64 Ltr worth INR 2458.74, but they had charged me 2459.00 INR with my citi bank IOCL Credit Card. I had asked the person over there to swipe it through Citi Bank EDC machine, at that time he told us that he had done so but when we had checked it swiped with wrong machine and wrong amount.
