Sir Since from last April Indane LPG distributor always showing shortage of cylinders and most of us are not even got four to five cylinders instead of 12 cylinders how? Every time tells to book cylinders by mobile booking only after 21 days of last delivery and taking time to deliver more than a month it means it is two months procedure showing always rush Q

This was complained to dist sales officer but in vain and even sent complaint msg to DGM Babu sir but only received .Every time telling computer problem or server how cant they rectify in one year ? Last delivery we fed up with his responce and after so many frequent visits and by raising voice and threatening to complaint i got cylinder after 25 days but what about others still not getting even asked for higher rate denied as he cant make bill not in my name or even URD But for last delivery i got subsidy 197.00 to my account for last delivery its o.k but again most of us got Rs 568.00 as subsidy and wondered how It means making bogus bills in all our names and may be selling at higher rate to hoteliers So consider this not as individual complaint but as a public Thanking you
