Dear sir, Our consumer no. is CX8500828, in the name of Beena, we never gets timely delivery of cylinders, & sometimes the delivery man puts cylinder in others home & sometimes the cylinder is under-weight, also if we try to contact the agency number no one picks up the phone. This time we have booked cylinder on 8th March 2015 & till date we have not got the delivery of cylinder.

By this we are facing a lot of problems, like we have to purchase the gas cylinder from grey market by paying extra money, & some times if we not got the cylinder from grey market, we have to purchase the food from outside, which make us unhealthy because last week I was having problem in my stomach due to the outside food which I have taken. We don’t want any monetary relief, we just want that the agency delivers the gas cylinders to the public on time.
