I had booked my gas cylinder which is on the name of my mother(SITA DEVI,Consumer no.:16715) on 2nd of October 2013,but after 7 days when i called agency they told me that booking was cancelled,they don’t even told me why it was cancelled.then on the same day which was 9th of october i again booked.and it is been 20 days that i’m constantly trying to contact them but firstly they don’t picks the phone and if they do they are not been able to talk in a civilized manner.i warned them many times that i’ll go to consumer court but their behaviour is not changed.And today when i again checked my booking status it is telling me that last booking was on 21st of October. I was shocked to hear that because no one from my family again booked since 9th october.They have not yet told me what has happened to my cylinder.there is a number(8585941631) which a got from their vender and i tried it the person talked to me was making fun my constant calling.

1.I want my gas cylinder as soon as possible 2.An action should be taken against them so that they will not do the same in future.
