Dear Sir, I complained to Sun Direct on 08.10.2013 for their set up box not working i couldn’t view the channels. They send their service enginner Mr. Kwashik from Soun Communication Reg. Off. C22 Swamy Shardanand Park, Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi-32. on 10.10.2013 he took our setup box for repair on the same day seeking 4 days time for repair. But till 15 days he was not doing anything 15th day when i called he was demanding 2 days more time after two days i called him again he was misbehaving and said i don.t know the exact time when i will return it do what ever you want. I called their complaint cell they also say we cant give exact time when i will get my setup Box.

Kindly order them for immediate replacement of new setup box for Rs.350. and repay my money the past 20 day when i am not viewing any channel.
