To, Consumer Forum India Subject:Complaint Against Reliance Telecom Dear Sir, I had been one of the customers of Reliance GSM Services for long And I am one of the victims of Reliance Value Added Service.As soon as The CUSTOMER make mobile Recharge.The Customer start getting messages,XYZ VAS activated,ABC activated.And within 30days,they have my Rs100 without Customer consent.I contacted Reliance Customer Care And they didn’t gave me Satisfactory Solution.I hope you will look into this matter And stop this scam by Reliance Telecom. Me as a Customer wants to get all my money back and i want you to teach Reliance Telecom a lesson.So that,Not only Reliance but No other Telecom company would ever dare to CHEAT their customers.
