Complaint 1:- Every time the delivery personnel (Cylinder delivering boy) visiting my home demands Rs.20/- above the Bill amount. When I deny it he uses strong words and threatens to take back the cylinder. When I complain this to PARTIBAN GAS AGENCY they take it very lightly and do not take my action. They further go on to say that adjust with waht others in your neighborhood do. According to me this is a serious case and needs to be treated with Iron fists. Complaint 2:- It takes more than 3 weeks (some times more than a month) for delivering a Refill. The GAS AGENCY teases me when I demand the reason and goes on to tell that it may sometime take even 2 months. This sounded absolutely ridiculous and causes great inconvenience to us. Complaint 3:- Quite often the Automatic SMS sent to my mobile informing about the generation of CASH MEMO for my refill booking, gets cancelled and regenerated humpty number of times. This confuses me a lot and I am not sure why this kind of a thing happens. I suspect some kind of illegal practice being done either by the dealer or the dispatch guy
All the 3 Complaints cited above is causing great stress to my family members.
1)A monetary refund of all the extra money I paid to the Cylinder boy (20 Rs/- per delivery) since the date of my registration with “Parthiban Gas Agency” 2)Issue a Serious Warning to PARTHIBAN GAS AGENCY and keep track of their malpractice (if at all they are indulged in any such act).
