NAHID K DEEDI MAHAL.PARAPPANANGADI MALAPPURAM.KERALA.676303 I had booked a refill cylinder with reference to Order Ref. No. 900054, on 17-08-2015, and it was noticed that cash memo was generated (no. 300065183) on 17-08-2015. They should have delivered the cylinder by the time. On 20-08-2015 I received a memo from the Agency that the cash memo order was cancelled giving a ridiculous reason for the same – that my address is invalid! I doubt they have illegally resold the cylinder for someone else, since this agency has done this many times before. Numerous customer complaints have been registered against this agency in the past. Therefore, I humbly request the authority to take immediate action in this matter, make the agency deliver the cylinder and make sure they do not do anything to tarnish the image of IOC.
