I would like to book online as well as through cellphone my Indane LPG but whenever I am trying to process the same then getting the respond the consumer number does not exist, whereas my connection more than 5 year old & in last month I have also submitted the bank detail, ID proof to distributor. I have approach to book the same but could not possible.

Due to no online or cellphone facility more than 2 days getting wasted for a single LPG cylinder. it’s a big loss for me that I am wasting 2 days for lpg. Firstly I want to activate the online booking & investigate the problem why it is showing that the consumer number does not exist. Secondly I want to transfer my connection from Pipeeganj to Anandnagar.
