I placed an order for sweets from india flower gift shop to be delivered in mysore on 29th march,2014.They did not deliver the order because they said that it was holi,and there were no delivery boys.If they did not have delivery boys,why did they take the order.I gave them one week time to deliver the order,but they did not.So, i asked them to refund the money (amount Rs.1148).It is more than one and a half months and they still have not refunded the money to me.The customer care people are very rude.please help me get the refund.In my credit card statement tere is a debit in the name of Romba Gifts, Mumbai.Ph no – 408807879xxx,0211249725xxx.

I want my refund with some compensation, maybe bank equivalent of interest for the amount(Rs.1148) for two months.
