I have enquired about Samudram Package for trip to Lakshadeep with many travel agents. I got reply from Mr. Mariappan of india island that he has seats availability for 27 Dec 14 dates. so on 31 Oct 14 I have transferred half payment as booking amount in company’s account.when i enquired about booking proof, I was promised that he will soon mail me the proof. I followed up regularly with the company till 25 Dec, then believing on his words, I traveled with my family(wife & 2 kids)from Punjab to Kochi so as to board, on 27 Dec Mariappan informed me to reach boarding point, and take the boarding passes, so did I reached the spot. to my surprise Mariappan was neither present there and neither he did the booking. with huge discomfort and no where to go I stayed in Kochi and then returned home. this has caused me financial loss and discomfort to me and family.

i took leave from my office for 7 days. Advance for booking ie. 35000/- I traveled from my place(Punjab) to Kochi by flight paid Rs.1,18000/- for stay at kochi daily expense(boarding,lodging, food) was 4000/-, so for 7 days i paid 28000/- TOTAL: 181000/- huge discomfort and embarrassment.
