India Mart – Leads misguided email fool the customer

I had Purchased Buy Leads ( 10 Nos ) for Rs.2000 which is 200 Points so each Buy lead is 20 Points , in addition to this i got 200 Points for Free from India Mart as part of their monthly program , so total 400 Points of which 60 points were used , so balance were 340 Points . I got email from India Mart that the 340 Points will be lapsed within next few hours , so we used about 80 points , and after using 80 points , again Indian Mart sent an email as apology and to ignore the previous , Instead of adding back the points to my account.

each lead is Rs.200 so because of misguided email from India Mart i spent 4 leads unnecessarily total Rs.800 , Though Rs.800 in not a big amount , Just want the consumer court to know fraud ways of the company to fool the customer. The are being so arrogant that they don even bother to reimburse the points , they have just sent the apology email , they dont care about the effect of the email as it was beneficial for them and not for the customer .
