At 04/08/2014 i send a envelope through speed post from mehrauli post office. this post office situated at mehrauli post office , Delhi (south) near lado sarai, pin – 110030. i send it to Snigdha Mondal, c/o- Bhupen chandra mondal, Vill+ P.O. – Gonipur, P.S. – masestala, dist.- south 24 pgs. state – wb, pin – 700141. My envelope is contains, 2 medicine file(each 10 pic.) and a DATA CARD (company name- D-link, white in color, I have it’s original bill and IEMI no. also now). When it delivered then she saw that there is no data card only 2 medicine file, and the inner envelope was opened, someone open it by knife. Now i have the post office receipt and it’s tracking details(that i attach bellow). I complain for it but there is no response, that’s why i request you to please investigate in that matter as soon as possible. if you help me shall be grateful to you.

I want that DATA CARD or money for it.
