Sir/Madam, My express parcel through INDIA POST (CH000408673IN) was booked on 30th December, 2013 from post office NIT Faridabad-1210001 to the destination post office MIDC Kurkumbh-413802. When I have received the parcel, I found that my jacket was missing and instead 12 packets of medicine weighing almost 900grams were kept inside my parcel which was equivalent to the weight of the jacket. When I called to the supplier of that medicine company, I have found that they also received the call for missing of the same number of quantity of packets of medicine. This clearly indicates that someone has done this ridiculous act causing lose not only to me but to the other customer as well. The parcel for the medicine was booked from Alambagh (Contact details-9711838308) to LATUR(9403012728). I have also requested them also to lodge a complaint against it but till now they have not done it. I am still carrying those packets of medicine with me. This medicine company is so big enough,who don”t even care to register a complaint against their abstraction of medicine inspite of talking to them so many times. It doesn”t matter to them at all. They feel it as waste of time. I get to hear from the employees in post office saying that I should forget of getting my things back as this usually happens and RMS is responsible for it. I just want to ask one thing, If RMS is responsible for it then why we can”t track who has done this mischievous act. All this has given me so much of mental stress and so much of waste of time. I want the culprit should be traced and should be punished and such activities should be stopped in future. I should get back the value of my jacket.
