I had ordered a 7 inch tablet Model XTOUCH Product Code : ISC11261 Product Name : Xtouch X708 Tablet Brand : XTouch Color : Black Total Price : INR 2775.00 via order number 573 on 27th May 13 for which i had paid the full amount in advance through net banking through ICICI Bank. Despite waiting for more than 2 months, i have not received the product, nor they have refunded the amount . I have tried to contact the India Souq mail and phone number several times but in vain.

INR 2773.00 which i have paid upfront and INR 15000.00 as punitive damages occurred to me since the company India Souq breached the trust.
