I had sent a package on 28-10-2014 through Speed Post vide shipment number ED405273355IN which was booked at Sansad Marg, H.O., New Delhi to be sent to Lucknow. I was charged Rs 39/- for the same. The delivery norm as per the Indian Post for Lucknow is 2-3 days but the package was delivered on 03-11-2014 (a total of 6 days, double the normal time). The package contained documents for an essay competition, the last date of submission for which was 31-102014.

I want to be compensated for the opportunity cost that the delay on the behalf of India Post has cost me.
