My mobile was sent for repair at Diwakar agency(authorised service center of Panasonic mobiles in jabalpur) on date 16.08.14 and on 04.11.14 it was returned after repair but on checking it was found that they have replaced my phone with other as IMEI No is changed and also the quality of phone.

I was left without phone for 2.5 months and after repair also i was not given my phone which was worth Rs 9000/-
