The company twice made a India Today false confirmation of booking and left us ( me and a girl )stranded in the middle of no where and we had to walk a Kilometre alone in a village. We had major loss because of this. They sent confirmation messages and their executives refused to send a cab on time, they made me wait for long and said they will send me a taxi only to say no at the end and waste my time. Their drivers ask for extra money or they refused to come. They me a discount code which never worked and on complaining they put the call on hold for more than 20 minutes and never asked for any apology again. This kind of practice with transport is quite unsafe and dangerous as people especially women can get in serious trouble with such fake confirmations.

My friend had to go out of Delhi and she missed her bus. Because of which she had major loss. I had an exam in Delhi university and I could not appear for the oral exam because the cab did not turn up. I spend one year in doing that course and on the day of exam I could not go. It wasted ONE WHOLE YEAR. Plus the exam fee and all my private classes that I took. Walking in a village like that with a girl could be a RISK of life for both of us.
