I am not receiving my magazines properly. it is fortnightly magazine so i receive two magazines per month. But i haven’t received my all the magazines. I complained to the Mumbai branch manager via email Mr. Rahul Patil he gave reply to the email just once and then later he never replied. The contact no given when i call there my line is transferred to the autobuild car magazine section but no one answers and then the line is disconnected. I have called at the office many times but i have never spoke to the personnel over there because they never answer the phone.

I have taken a three year subscription by not receiving the magazines i am not getting the thing for which i paid. I want all of my magazines which i have not received.The list of not received magazines is given in the attached documents.
