Sir/Madam, I had booked a 1/2 Kg black forest cake along with bunch of 12 Red and white roses from www.indiacakes.com on 10 May 2015 at 12 PM vide order no 16488. The order was to be delivered at my address by 6 PM on 10 May 2015 and I had paid extra for the delivery by 6 PM. Instead I was delivered a 1/2 Kg vanilla cake and a bunch of red roses only. Also the order was delivered at 8.30 PM inspite of paying for delivery by 6 PM. When I contacted the company, they refused to entertain my complain. I have sent them emails with the photographs of the items delivered, but still they refuse to accept the mistake for delivery of wrong product and also delayed delivery.
Personal Apology from the company and also on their website so that they do not do this again to other customers and refund of the amount charged to me for the wrong product and delayed delivery.
