I had a contract with Indiamart and for that they deducts Rs.2000 per month from my Account via NACH. on 29th march 2015, I requested them to cancel my contract as I was not getting desired result, They assured my then it will be cancelled within 48 hr and no further payment will be deducted from my Account. I did followup many time with their representative including sales person Mr. Deepak (8447218xxx) and every one assured my that contract will be cancelled and no payment will be deducted. Still after 1 month of my request, then debited Rs.2000 from my account. The money is not the only issue, its their malpractice of stealing money. Its a fraud with consumer.

I want to punish concern person who after 1 month of my request did not cancel my contract and I was mentally harassed and have wasted my valuable time in doing followup.
