Respected Sir:

We had applied for Indian Citizenship Act 1955 in 2005 and we have been granted the citizenship by the AP high court.All Formalities have been completed by us, even oath swearing. We have been kept waiting for 9 years . We are Afghan Refugees ( Afghan Nationals) residing in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh Since 25 years. Our sons are Born in India and are studying here. Now our file is with The Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreigners Division, We have been repeatedly asking them to give us update on our citizenship progress But they haven’t yet communicated to us about our case. Just like the same old Government office they just ignore us or harass us by making us call them every day. We are vexed by this move of the Foreigners Division, MHA. Our MHA file number is MHA26015/0023/2013-IC.11. Kindly look into our case and urge the MHA to update us with the Citizenship Progress.
