This is to inform you that when i have debit card & when i try to withdraw money on that time transaction fail message display comes on ATM screen and i got the message in my mobile like you withdraw some rupees like that.and my account was debited.and i already registered my complain in ICICI Customer Care but no one is bothered to resolve this issue.
