Dear Sir, I have a connection number 09037 with Anpoorna Indane Gas Service, Muzaffarnagar. On 30th december 2014, I have complained to the DSO and the Area Manager of Indane Gas Service- Mr. Pandey Ji for overcharging of cylinders. Many times the delivery Boy of the agency overcharged from me by taking 460/- instead of 440/- for home delivery. when i complained for this to the agency owner Mr. Rajeev Anand, instead of taking action against his delivery boy, he also takes side of his delivery boy by saying- “This is his tip for providing you the cylinder at home. If you not want to get it on home then please go to our godown and take cylinder from there”. Due to this I complained for this to the DSO. After that I have got the cylinder but now the agency has close my connection on the name of multiple connection. Sir I am a divorcee and I have submit all the necessary documents at the time of KYC recently. But due to this incident of complaint, the agency has done all this.I again provides them all the documents and again complained to the DSO but my connection is still not open by the agency yet.

Sir please take necessary action against the agency and make my connection operational.
