I had purchased a water filter with order no. 27798223. But water filter was defective so I asked to return the product my request had been approved last month on 5th December 2014. Then I had returned the product with DTDC Courier service No: D18936158# and courier had been delivered on time; status show delivered on internet. But Even then keep asking for my refund from Shopclue.com not responding with my calls and my email. I have emailed several time scan copy of courier receipt to them I need to get my Courier charges and refund of the product. Thanks Dr.S. Kumar
