Sony Defective LED TV NO exchange, no response

I’ve purchased a new SONY LED tv at 21st Jan 2015, but from starting, light reflect from a point which is on screen and other one is LED screen has not been properly attached with its Panel.New LED tv is defected in two other things.So i want that my LED tv should have exchanged due to i’ve purchase nearly and it is defected from starting.starting. I’ve already register a complaint regarding this at 23rd Jan 2015 because it has been installed on 22nd Jan 2015 evening.No executive from Sony has been came yet to check this issue till now.So please take action on that and exchange my LED tv from SONY company on urgent basis.

I want that my NEW SONY LED tv should have exchanged because this is new and problem is from starting.I don’t want that any engineer has open and do anything.anything. I’ve purchased this TV at 21st Jan 2015, so it should have exchanged on urgent basis.This is company fault, so i also want that warranty should have starts from when i’ll receive new TV.
