Hi, I put complain at Indian post on 2nd December(100055-44860)about “International Reply Coupon” but I didn’t get reply and they close my complain on 13rd December 2013 without any reply. At the same time I put request on http://pgportal.gov.in with complain no. DPOST/E/2013/03706. After they I got reply on 15th Jan 2014 that post office staff was not aware about this so it show clear lack of knowledge about product. Due to this I suffer a lot and I had to expense 8924 Rs. I want to compensate for this.
I had to take private service which cost me a lot. So I want to compensate 8924 which I spent on private service because “International Reply Coupons” information is not available timely.
