Indian Postal order purchased not being encash

In regard to e-mail of T.B. Singh , SPOs Mirzapur Dn. Mirzapur With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that If an Indian Postal Order is not presented for payment within two years from the last day of the month of issue a second commission at the rates prescribed will be charged which must be paid in postage stamps affixed to the back of the order. Those authorized to use them may pay the second commission in Service Postage Stamps. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Indian Postal Orders presented for payment more than three years after the last day of the month of issue will not be paid but will be forfeited. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that validity of an Indian postal order is 2 years from the date of issue as per D.O.No. 15-6/88-PO of dt. 25-09-1995. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of attached document in PDF form. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir. ‘Yours sincerely Yogi M. P.
