We booked 20 tickets on 25th June 2013 at Kantabanji railway station reservation ticket booking counter for our group visit to Raxaul.(However we cancelled 2 tickets later) Ticket Nos.are: 12960300,12960301,12960305,12960306,12960314,12960315,16654475,16654477 We applied direct ticket from KBJ-RXL comprising of KBJ-HWH and HWH-RXL but the person sitting in ticket counter refused to allot direct ticket citing impossible of allotting direct ticket but few days after the said day i.e. on 29th June 2013 another person applied for same route ticket, Ticket Nos. are: 12960683,12960684 he was allotted direct ticket .

so I request you to investigate the matter and indemnify us to the extant of our loss.
